Jorge Luis Apping Montenegro

Jorge L. Apping M. is a Venezuelan Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the oil, gas, and construction industries. He graduated from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Venezuela, which laid the foundation for his successful career in managing complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing large-scale projects, both offshore and onshore, as well as in maintaining critical infrastructure in countries such as the United States, Venezuela, and Angola. He has held leadership roles, supervising multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainability.
Jorge has complemented his experience with advanced certifications, including Capital Project Development and Execution Process (CPDEP) from Chevron, and has participated in technical forums that have broadened his knowledge of cutting-edge technologies. His commitment to social development is reflected in his leadership of infrastructure projects that benefit communities.
As a member of the College of Engineers of Venezuela, Jorge Apping continues to be dedicated to innovation and excellence in the energy and industrial sectors, seeking strategic solutions for growth and sustainability.
